POLICY AND REFUND
At Pups & Poses Yoga, we strive to provide a positive and enjoyable experience for all participants in our puppy yoga classes. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have established the following refund policy:
1. Missed Classes:
a. No refunds will be issued for participants who miss a scheduled puppy yoga class.
b. If you are unable to attend a class, we encourage you to notify us in advance.
2. Late Arrival:
a. Participants who arrive late to a class will not be eligible for a refund.
b. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before the scheduled class time to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
3. Cancellation Policy:

b. In place of refunds, we offer ticket transfers. This option allows you to transfer your ticket to another date and time. To be eligible for a ticket transfer, please email us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled class. If you do not see a class of interest on our site at this time, we can transfer your ticket to any future class of your choosing.
4. Exceptions:
a. In the event that Pups & Poses Yoga cancels a class, participants will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
