THE EXPERIENCE 

Welcome to our family-friendly session with Pups & Poses Yoga! Enjoy 1 hour of pure joy, where yoga flows meet wagging tails.🐾

For the first 40 minutes, our instructor will guide you through beginner-friendly yoga while playful pups roam around spreading smiles. It’s a relaxed class perfect for all ages 5+, designed for fun and relaxation!

Then enjoy 20 minutes of puppy playtime! Snap photos, cuddle up, and soak in all the puppy love, because yoga is always better with furry friends.

Join us for a pawsome experience filled with zen and zoomies!
