Welcome to our family-friendly class with Pups and Poses Yoga! Dive into an hour of playful yoga, where the joy of yoga meets the charm of playful puppies.🐾 

For the first 40 minutes, our instructor will guide you through beginner yoga poses surrounded by adorable furry companions. It's a relaxed atmosphere perfect for all ages 5+ ensuring a fun experience for everyone!

Following the yoga session, enjoy 20 minutes of puppy playtime! Strike a pose, make memories, and embrace the cuteness at Pups and Poses – because yoga is better with puppies! 

Come embrace the playful side of yoga in a welcoming environment that's both entertaining and rejuvenating. Get ready for a wagging good time and a memorable bonding experience!
